If you’re already claiming Universal Credit (or another form of benefits)
Check your account online to ensure nothing has changed. You may also be able to claim additional money if you’ve been affected by coronavirus.
Check here on the Citizens Advice website.Universal Credit Appointments at job centres are suspended but check your journal and to-do lists in your online account and call them on 0800 328 5644 if there are any problems.
If you are not currently on Universal Credit and need to apply
For new claims their are no face to face interviews, but you may be contacted for a phone appointment.
