We are a charity helping local people in Elmbridge who are homeless or vulnerably housed.

Each year we house and support around 100 people and help them move on with their lives.

Get involved

At Rentstart we believe that there is no ‘them’ and ‘us,’ only ‘us.’ We work together to end homelessness.

Landlords

We work with local landlords to help them rent out their properties and achieve successful tenancies - we fully support all of our tenants with on-going training and advice throughout the tenancy.

If you’ve come across someone sleeping rough, there is a great resource that you can use called StreetLink to connect them to local charities like us.

Even if you’re not sure about the situation, our outreach team will investigate.
